The compensation terms are clearly documented and transparent.

Reviews & Reputation

Reps can review companies after working with them, building accountability.

Red Flags to Watch For

Even with verification, always use good judgment. Be cautious if a company:

Asks you to pay money upfront to join or for "training materials"

Requests sensitive personal or financial information before hiring

Cannot clearly explain the commission structure or pay schedule

Pressures you to sign a contract without time to review it

The primary opportunity is recruiting more people rather than selling a genuine product

Claims everyone is a "1099 independent contractor" without explaining what that means
